Racking up too many monthly service charges? Here are some ideas:
• Consider investing in a content management system so you can do your own text, photo, navigational, and even keyword changes. It quickly pays for itself for many clients in as little as one month. Starting as low as $688. > Email us about this.
• Or, consider being put on a monthly retainer. This way your charges always stay the same, for easy budgeting. > Email us for your retainer estimate.
Is your site on the first page of Google? Consider a blog.
One crucial part of getting on and remaining on the first page of google is FREQUENT SITE UPDATES. Even with a properly optimized site, if it isn't updated frequently it will slip in the rankings. Send your web designer (or if you have a CMS, do it yourself) updates at least once monthly, preferably once weekly. These updates should always include text updates. Another good way to accomplish this with your site is to create a news page, events page, or blog where it makes sense to update the information frequently.
Announcing our big fat e-commerce upgrade!
If you are using our 2008 e-commerce package, you may know that the one drawback is that the navigation is static, meaning that we would need to make modifications to it for you. Our NEW 2009 updates include dynamic navigation, meaning that you can now make modifications to your own navigation! This will save you boocoos of money since you won't have to come to us for those types of changes. Starting as low as $420 to upgrade your e-commerce. > Email us here to get it done.
Check your first quarter web traffic.
How is your site performing? If you have not checked your own traffic directly (instructions on your Client Info Sheet) then Click here to send us an email and we'll send you your report for free.
Thank you, and we look forward to continuing to work with you this year.

Sincerely,
Caroline Harrington

We all get it. Let's say you get hundreds of emails ever day promising everything from free money to newly fabulous body parts, chances are that to you it's pure junk. So try this:
Level 1: The mail server
Our server spam settings for all websites are set to "high," but because the evil spam nerds who create the nasty stuff are almost as smart as we are - some things will still get through.
Level 2: Your Email Software
You can set your own spam settings in your Outlook (or comparable software) which should improve things; however... some spam may still get through.
Level 3: Anti-spam software
You may purchase or download for free additional spam fighting software. One of our customer favorites is SpamFighter.
Level 4: Create Rules
As a last level resort to stubborn spam that refuses to be stopped, you can create "rules" in your Outlook (or comparable software) which will filter any messages with certain words in the subject like "viagra" or "term life" or whatever you choose. This helps to filter out the "same" message that comes from a different email address each time. Click here for instructions.
We hope this helps you, spam warriors! Stay strong. As we find new and improved weaponry, we will continue to send it your way.
